I am a seasoned food industry consultant and culinary strategist with over a decade of hands-on experience in menu planning, recipe curation, costing, nutritional evaluation, and full-spectrum kitchen operations. My journey includes running food businesses since 2012, consulting onsite and offsite with diverse clients, and previously serving as a Sous Chef at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (2005–2009).
A Le Cordon Bleu London alumnus, I am deeply versed in kitchen layout and design, process optimization, packaging planning, and manpower management, including HR policy development for kitchen teams.
